Stop me if you’ve heard this before: Draymond Green was called for a technical foul for protesting a call.
During the second quarter of Game 1 of the NBA Finals on Thursday, Green contested a LeBron James drive to the basket. Video replay showed that Green nailed LeBron in the face with his left hand for an obvious foul.

That didn’t stop Green from doing what he does most annoyingly — protest a call.
Green was called for his third foul of the game and first technical. Kevin Love made the technical free throw while LeBron made both of his free throws for the foul on the shot.
That is Green’s fourth technical foul of the postseason, putting him three away from a suspension. He’s working hard to make Kerr look bad for his previous comments.
