The Golden State Warriors are hoping Kevin Durant keeps his focus on the present even if he is planning to leave in free agency this summer, but at least one fan in Houston tried to prevent him from doing that on Monday night.
During the Rockets’ Game 4 win over the Warriors, a fan could be heard chanting “New York Knicks!” at Durant on a play where KD was inbounding the ball in the third quarter.

The Knicks, of course, are believed to be the favorite to land Durant if he ends up leaving Golden State. There have been reports that he has spoken with Kyrie Irving about teaming up in New York.
Durant has already won two championships with the Warriors, and it’s unclear if the feud he had with Draymond Green earlier in the season was a sign of things to come. Whatever the case, Golden State needs him to continue to dominate if they want to win a third straight title. Even 34 points from Durant in Game 4 wasn’t enough to stop the Rockets from evening the series at 2-2.
