Gary Payton shares absolutely disgusting story about Shaq

Johnny Knoxville is apparently nothing compared to Shaquille O’Neal.

Retired Hall of Famer Gary Payton shared an absolutely repulsive story about his former teammate O’Neal in an interview this week with VladTV. Payton revealed one of the pranks O’Neal would play on rookie teammates.

“Shaq, we used to always play jokes,” said Payton. “Shaq is a jokester. If one of the rookies would be in the stall, he’d take a bucket and use the bathroom in it for about a week. Then all of a sudden, he would pour it on them.”

That prank alone is already foul enough. But for O’Neal to let the contents … stew for a week before attacking with it is completely and utterly disgusting.

Payton was teammates with O’Neal two separate times — with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2003-04 and again with the Miami Heat from 2005 to 2007. While it is unclear which team’s rookies were unfortunate enough to get a Shaq shower, Payton’s story probably tops the other disgusting story that we recently heard about a legendary NBA center.
