The Chicago Bulls and Jabari Parker appear to have mutual interest.
According to Vincent Goodwill of NBC Sports Chicago, Parker “wants to be a Bull,” and there is some smoke to the rumors.
Definitely think there's some smoke to Jabari Parker and the Bulls. Apparently he wants to be a Bull, according to sources

We heard a while back that the Bulls had interest in Parker, currently a restricted free agent with the Milwaukee Bucks. It’s not clear how willing the Bucks would be to match any offer sheet that Parker receives.
The 23-year-old averaged 12.6 points and 4.9 rebounds per game in 31 games last season as he worked his way back into action following a torn ACL. The Bulls would be banking on him to recover the form that made him the second overall pick in the NBA Draft just four years ago.
