Kevin Durant has become more outspoken over the past few years, and that often leads to him responding to hecklers or people who say dumb things on social media. For example, look no further than the dude who decided to compare Durant and Oklahoma City Thunder teammate Russell Westbrook.
Earlier this week, someone sent Durant a message on Instagram that simply said, “Westbrook is better than you.” KD responded by roasting the guy.

Durant is the reigning NBA MVP. Westbrook is a legitimate MVP candidate this season and has posted three straight triple-doubles. From a pure talent standpoint, they could be the best one-two punch in the game when healthy.
While Durant’s grandmother probably wouldn’t be pleased with the way he responded to @ericfreddyson, you can understand his point. Both Durant and Westbrook are in search of their first championship. Neither should care who the better player is.
