Kyle Kuzma had odd Secret Santa gift for Lakers teammate
Kyle Kuzma is getting into the holiday spirit … albeit in unorthodox fashion.
The Los Angeles Lakers forward told reporters on Monday that the team did their Secret Santa gift exchange that day, per Bill Oram of The Athletic. Kuzma got a shoulder bag from teammate Anthony Davis, and he, in turn, gifted Quinn Cook with … a kitchen table.
Kuzma, who is averaging 11.1 points and 3.4 rebounds per game this season, has to be woke to something that we are not. Perhaps he figured electronics and gift cards were too mainstream. Perhaps Cook’s abode is sorely lacking in furniture. Or perhaps Kuzma simply drew inspiration from the mold of Cosmo Kramer this Christmas season.
In any case, at least Kuzma isn’t as lousy of a gift-giver as this ex-NFL star.
