
The defining play of the game in Game 6 of the NBA Finals Thursday may have come in the third quarter when LeBron James threw down a nasty alley-oop dunk following a steal by Kyrie Irving.
James had just made a layup to put the Cavs up by 17, and then Irving got a steal, passed ahead to JR Smith, who threw up a perfect alley-oop pass to LeBron:

They alley-oop put the Cavs up by 19, 76-57, and it essentially solidified the dominant team for the game.
