LeBron James called out an NBA reporter via social media on Saturday night.
The Los Angeles Lakers traded Anthony Davis to the Dallas Mavericks for Luka Doncic in one of the most stunning in-season trades in NBA history.
CBS Sports NBA reporter Bill Reiter responded to the trade and said that it made sense because LeBron had “grown frustrated” with Davis.
James saw that report and was not happy with it.

Is the explanation for the trade that the Lakers wanted Davis out due to issues with James? Or because they were offered a 25-year-old superstar in the middle of his prime years? Chalk it up to the latter, and it’s not hard to understand why James would be upset with the report. James and Davis were also famously long-time friends, so the report wouldn’t make a lot of sense on the whole.
