There’s no humor quite like self-deprecating humor, especially when you’re famous. LeBron James seems to recognize that.
Timeless Sports tweeted a video on Wednesday showing a 16-year-old LeBron at the ABCD basketball camp in 2001. Even at that age he was dunking regularly and standing out on the court. Another thing that stood out was LeBron’s hair. He had a full head of hair back then, which is something he is now missing.
James joked about that on Twitter by mentioning how his hair has deserted him since.
Young on a mission and haven’t stopped! P.S. Can’t believe my hair decided to go Casper on me like this though. “Ghost” . https://t.co/NTT5rwiBr1

LeBron’s hair has been a regular topic of fun online for the past decade due to its various stages of loss and reemergence. Earlier this season, one of his teammates even had to step in and help him out after a hair issue.
Still, all these years later, James has not “come on home” as Charles Barkley has long suggested James do.
