Malcolm Brogdon to play limited role for Bucks in Game 5
The Milwaukee Bucks have completely overpowered the Boston Celtics in the last three games of the Eastern Conference semifinal series between the two teams, and the matchup could look even more lopsided with the return of a key player in Game 5.
The Bucks have announced that Malcolm Brogdon is expected to return to the lineup on Wednesday night, though he will be on a minutes restriction for the time being.
Malcolm Brogdon will be listed as probable and is expected to play in Game 5, the team announced at shoot around this morning. A plantar fascia tear had sidelined Brogdon since March 15.

Malcolm Brogdon will be on a minutes restriction. Nikola Mirotic will still start and Brogdon will come off the bench, Mike Budenholzer said.

Brogdon averaged 15.6 points per game during the regular season and was a key contributor for Milwaukee. He shot 50.5 percent from the field, 42.6 percent on three-pointers, and 92.8 percent on free throws, which puts him in the exclusive 50/40/90 club. That feat has only been accomplished 13 times in NBA history.
Brogdon suffered a plantar fascia tear in his right foot against the Miami Heat on March 15. His initial timeline for recovery was 6-8 weeks, and it has been a little more than seven. If he’s healthy, his return could come at a perfect time for the Bucks.
