Michael Jordan is ratcheting up efforts to sell his Chicago mansion, and he’s willing to do almost anything to make a sale happen.
MJ’s 56,000 square foot home in Chicago has been on the market since 2012. Even though the real estate market has gone up significantly since then, His Airness has cut the asking price on the nine bedroom/15 bathroom home in half from $29 million to $14.9 million. And his listing agent is offering just about anything possible to get a sale going. Maxim even reports that Jordan will throw in a pair of every single edition of Air Jordan signature shoes.
“If the price is right, we can make almost anything happen,” agent Kofi Nartey told Maxim.
Nartey also created these awesome videos to help generate the sale. And I have to say, the videos are quite effective.
Hopefully MJ will have better luck selling his golf course after he builds that.
