Lonzo Ball’s latest knee injury does not appear to be too serious.
An MRI on Ball’s knee shows that he has a contusion but no other damage, the Los Angeles Lakers announced on Thursday. Ball will be questionable for the team’s game at home on Friday against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Ball hurt his knee when Dirk Nowitzki backed into him during the third quarter of the Lakers’ win over the Mavericks. He exited the contest and did not return.
Ball missed time in January and February due to a knee injury. He is averaging 10.2 points, 6.9 rebounds and 7.2 assists per game.
