DeMarre Carroll expected to sign with Rockets after buyout from Spurs
DeMarre Carroll is on his way out of San Antonio, and he may not be moving all that far.

Carroll openly admitted he did not fit in San Antonio, but he could be a quality depth piece for Houston. It was only two seasons ago that he was a full-time starter in Brooklyn, and before that in Toronto. A consummate three-and-D wing player, he’s a 35.9 percent career three-point shooter who can also defend the perimeter. That’s exactly what the Rockets have been looking for, and it could be a nice, low-risk addition for the playoffs.
