Villanova advanced to the Sweet 16 by way of an 87-68 victory over Iowa on Sunday. Among those who enjoyed the loss of Iowa was Sam Dekker, who spent three years playing against the Hawkeyes in the Big Ten as a member of the Wisconsin Badgers.
With Iowa down big, Dekker decided to throw a little salt in the wound of his former opponents with the following tweet.

Perhaps not surprisingly, someone took the opportunity to remind the Rockets rookie that while he was part of two teams that made it to the Final Four, neither were able to win the national championship.

That led to this response by Dekker, who was quick to point out that he was playing in the games while his detractor was at home on the couch watching.
