Stephen Curry defends wife’s Houston restaurant
If Houston Rockets fans refuse to eat at Stephen Curry’s wife’s restaurant just because they hate the Golden State Warriors so much, the two-time MVP will be more than happy to compensate for their stubbornness.
International Smoke, Ayesha Curry’s restaurant, is set to open a location in Houston next month. While no one has had the pleasure of dining there yet, Rockets fans are already flooding the restaurant’s Yelp page with 1-star reviews.

Y'all it's gotten so much worse. There are now 47 reviews and it's basically Warriors and Rockets fans going back and forth turning Yelp into a Twitter feud pic.twitter.com/ZSt3eWKIeH

On Wednesday night, Steph Curry defended his wife and gave the restaurant a plug.

There’s already an International Smoke location in the Bay Area, and it has been incredibly popular since it opened late last year. Given the way some Rockets fans treated Ayesha Curry after a playoff game this season, it’s no surprise they’re trying to sabotage her new restaurant.
