Victor Wembanyama did not deny Nikola Jokic’s special request during Sunday’s NBA All-Star Game at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, Calif.
While asking for Wembanyama’s signature, Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic requested something a little more special — and creative — from the San Antonio Spurs center.
“Where’s the alien? I want the alien,” Jokic said, requesting Wembanyama to add a drawing of an alien.
Wemby obliged the three-time NBA Most Valuable Player’s request and drew an alien face on Jokic’s Team World jersey.

Jokic will probably remember that moment more than what happened in the two games he and Team World played.
Team World lost both contests, thus failing to reach the championship game of the mini All-Star tournament. They lost to Team Stars, 37-35, and then to Team Stripes, 48-45. But it wasn’t due to a lack of effort from Victor Wembanyama, who played both games as if they were the playoffs. He scored 14 points in the Team Stars game and 19 in the loss to Team Stripes. Jokic, on the other hand, was far from otherworldly, scoring zero points across two games.
