Washington Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma is rumored to be on the trade block soon.
Kuzma is “expected to be made available” by the Wizards, according to ClutchPoints insider Brett Siegel. The report published Tuesday added that Washington is seeking “multiple first-round picks” for their prized forward.
The Wizards’ reported asking price for Kuzma was steep enough that even the player himself sounded pleasantly surprised. The Flint native reacted Tuesday to the circulating report via X.
“Yoo im [sic] like that???” Kuzma said.

Kuzma is in the midst of a career year in Washington. In 32 games this season, Kuzma is averaging 23.1 points and 4.3 assists as the team’s primary option on a solid 45.6% from the field — all career highs.
The 27-year-old signed a massive contract in the offseason to stay with the Wizards. But with the D.C. franchise currently in the early stages of a rebuild, the team’s front office may prefer future assets over present ones.
