Ben Simmons throws shade at NCAA during Final Four

While many fans were watching the Final Four to enjoy the tournament atmosphere and competition, others saw something else.

Philadelphia 76ers star Ben Simmons, who is a candidate to win NBA Rookie of the Year, sent the following tweet about the lack of compensation for the players.

Simmons has long been critical of the NCAA, calling college basketball a “dirty business” for what he feels is exploitation of the players.

Simmons, who is from Australia, played one season at LSU before leaving for the NBA Draft and becoming the No. 1 overall pick by Philly. He’s not alone in his feelings.
