Boozer Twins announce their college commitment

Cameron and Cayden Boozer

The Boozer Twins have officially decided to follow in their father’s footsteps.

Cameron and Cayden Boozer, the sons of two-time NBA All-Star Carlos Boozer, announced on Friday that they have committed to Duke.

Cameron and Cayden had narrowed their decision down to Duke and Miami, but they chose their father’s alma mater. Carlos Boozer was a star at Duke and won an NCAA title with the Blue Devils under legendary coach Mike Krzyzewski in 2001.

The Boozer Twins attend Christopher Columbus High School in Miami, Fla. and are in their senior years. Cameron is the No. 2 overall recruit for 2025 according to 247 Sports, while twin brother Cayden is ranked No. 21 by 247 Sports.

Cameron has played three seasons on varsity for the school and averaged 20.7 points and 11.2 rebounds per game during his high school career, according to MaxPreps. Cayden has also played three seasons on varsity and has averaged 14.6 points, 4.2 rebounds and 5.6 assists per game during his career, according to MaxPreps.

While it hardly came as a surprise, Carlos must have been thrilled when his sons made their decision.
