The Cavinder Twins are apparently undergoing a significant change to their appearance.
Haley and Hanna Cavinder shared a TikTok video on Wednesday that suggested they were preparing to undergo breast implant surgery. The video showed Hanna strutting around in a hospital room in a robe with Haley laying in a bed in the back being hooked up to an IV.
The caption, which was clearly written by Hanna, joked that Hanna was “still trying to figure out how being 3 minutes older” means Haley gets to have the implant surgery first.

Hanna and Haley made reference to their upcoming procedure in a separate TikTok video on Tuesday that was captioned “big day tmwwwww” with a cherry emoji.

Hanna and Haley both played basketball at the University of Miami last season. Haley averaged 18.2 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game. Hanna had 6.9 points, 3.2 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game.
Haley revealed back in April that she had gotten engaged to her longtime NFL player boyfriend.
Hanna recently broke up with star college quarterback Carson Beck.
The Cavinder twins have a huge following on social media, which they parlayed into big NIL deals, and even a deal with WWE. There will likely be some mixed reactions to their latest big decision.
