Oklahoma State’s Marcus Smart burst onto the college basketball scene last season as a freshman. He was named Big 12 Conference Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year, and earned a spot on the All-American Second Team.
Smart’s sophomore season will likely be remembered for the ugly shoving incident involving a fan during Oklahoma State’s game against Texas Tech. He’s also gained a bit of a reputation as a flopper. This possession versus Iowa State in February is an example of why.
On Saturday, Smart and the Cowboys were in Ames, Iowa to take on the Cyclones again. As you can probably imagine, Iowa State fans haven’t forgotten what happened in the above video and took every opportunity to let Marcus Smart know how they felt about it.
You have to admit, that’s pretty good.
