Juwan Howard shared quite a moment with Tennessee star Kennedy Chandler after Saturday’s second-round NCAA Tournament game between their schools.
The Vols entered Saturday’s game as a No. 3 seed in the South Region. They were facing the No. 11 seed Wolverines, and it was a very close game almost the entire way.
Tennessee led by six with over seven minutes left, but Michigan came back and then took the lead for good. Chandler, the Vols’ star freshman, missed has last three shots, which left him feeling terribly.
Howard consoled Chandler after the game as the freshman cried:

Howard was suspended late in the season for throwing a punch at an opposing coach after a loss, displaying horrible sportsmanship. This time around, he epitomized sportsmanship in victory.
Chandler led Tennessee with 19 points and 9 assists in the 76-68 loss.
