One of the first games of the NCAA Tournament featured a player we could be hearing a lot about in the coming weeks and beyond, and that is LSU’s Naz Reid.
Reid has quickly emerged as one of the best talents and NBA prospects in the country. The 6-foot-10, 240-pound freshman has the ability to play in the post and shoot from outside, and his freak athleticism was on full display with a tomahawk dunk early in the second half against Yale.

Reid made that look easy, and it was anything but for a young man of his stature. In addition to being able to knock down the occasional three-pointer and play all over the floor, Reid also showed us before Thursday’s game that he has an excellent sense of humor. The guy seems like the whole package.
