LSU’s Naz Reid has funny comment about facing Yale
Yale faced an incredibly tough task in the first round of the NCAA Tournament with a matchup against LSU, but one of the Tigers’ best players had a great reason for thinking his opponent would be prepared.
Prior to facing Yale, LSU freshman Naz Reid spoke about how the Bulldogs could present problems for the No. 3 seed. He mentioned how they should play their game “if they were smart,” at which point he realized he was talking about an Ivy League school.

Reid has averaged 13.7 points and 7.2 rebounds in his freshman season at LSU, and he also shoots an impressive 37 percent from three-point range. He’s a potential lottery pick with a great sense of humor, apparently.
