Sister Jean celebrates Loyola Chicago win with Final Four shirt
Loyola Chicago clinched a berth into the Final Four with a win over Kansas State on Saturday night, and Sister Jean was all about it.
The 98-year-old Ramblers team chaplain had a huge smile on her face after Loyola Chicago beat Kansas State 78-62. She received a T-shirt celebrating the team’s Final Four visit and held it up proudly on national TV:

Sister Jean’s faith in her team has been a big storyline throughout the Ramblers’ run in the NCAA Tournament. Some even felt like she had a hand in this shot somehow not going in for Kansas State:

There’s no debating it: the ball certainly has been bouncing Loyola Chicago’s way throughout the tournament. Now whether any of that has to do with Sister Jean is open for you to decide.
