Lane Kiffin has never shied away from the fact that he loves taunting and trolling his opponents. When Ole Miss hosted Tennessee for the first of a 3-game baseball series on Friday, it was only natural that the football coach would show up and let the Volunteers have it.
Kiffin infamously left Tennessee after just one season over a decade ago. Old hostilities were renewed last season when the Vols fell victim questionable call late in their game against the Rebels, prompting some Tennessee fans to hurl golf balls and other items at Kiffin.
On Friday, Kiffin returned the favor. He walked to the mound with a baseball, but tossed it aside and pulled a golf ball from his pocket. He proceeded to use that to throw the pitch instead.

Couldn’t find a bottle of mustard, @Lane_Kiffin? 😉#HottyToddy 🔵🔴 pic.twitter.com/vakQBDUZPM

The Ole Miss baseball account even made light of the situation.

Kiffin took the scenes at Neyland Stadium in stride when they happened. He probably isn’t upset about any of it anymore, but he’s certainly eager to taunt his foes with any chance he gets.
