Les Miles leaves in middle of TV segment to use restroom
Les Miles made his television debut on ESPN Thursday night sitting alongside an All-Star cast of analysts, and the former LSU coach did not disappoint those who were hoping for some of his token quirky antics.
In the middle of a segment following Ohio State’s 49-21 win over Indiana, Miles abruptly got up to use the restroom as though he was hanging out having beers with his buddies.

As if leaving in the middle of a segment to relieve himself wasn’t funny enough, Miles kept his microphone on while he was walking off the set. You could hear him asking a crew member which way was the quickest to the bathroom.
Miles also came out with some hard-hitting analysis before the Ohio State-Indiana game, making a bold statement about the Hoosiers’ intentions.

Miles is making a couple of appearances on ESPN this weekend before he begins a full-time gig as a broadcast analyst for FOX. When you see moments like the ones he had on Thursday, it makes sense that he was initially unsure about giving TV a shot.
