Eastern Michigan quarterback Mike Glass was contrite after his embarrassing actions on Thursday night.
At the end of the Eagles’ 34-30 loss to Pitt in the Quick Lane Bowl, Glass was upset about the way he was taken down and started to swing and throw a few punches. One intended for a Pitt player hit a referee.

EMU Eagles head coach Chris Creighton said that Glass was crying in the locker room over his actions.
#EMU Creighton on Glass ejection "He is a phenomenal kid…I love him 100 percent…absolutely zero excuse for what happened…he's in tears in the locker room…he made a mistake and he is truly sorry for it…I'm embarrassed, but I love him 100 percent…that's not who we are." pic.twitter.com/HxoMOK4XbW

Glass is a senior, so that’s the way he ended his college football career, and it helps explain why he was so disappointed with himself.
