Incredible photo of Quinn Ewers, Arch Manning at Texas media day goes viral

An incredible photo of Quinn Ewers and Arch Manning went viral on Saturday.

Players and coaches from Texas were made available for the media ahead of Monday’s Sugar Bowl game against Washington. Manning is the team’s backup quarterback now that Maalik Murphy has transferred from the program. The national media hasn’t had many opportunities to speak to the quarterback from the famous football family, so they were falling all over themselves to talk with Arch on Saturday.

Take a look at this photo, which shows a mob surrounding Arch Manning, while starting quarterback Ewers sat alone at his table.

Perhaps the Longhorns’ media staff underestimated the draw of Arch Manning. There’s no jealousy between them, either. They’re apparently roommates before games.

Texas QB Arch Manning talked about his relationship with Quinn Ewers.

The two are roommates on the road and he called Ewers "one of his best friends on the team".

Texas will be facing Washington on Monday with a spot in the national champsionship game on the line. The teams met in the Alamo Bowl last year, and the Huskies won 27-20. Washington is playing up the disrespect angle ahead of this season’s bowl game.
