4-star RB recruit Sampson James flips from Ohio State to Indiana
The Indiana Hoosiers appear to have landed themselves a solid recruit, and it comes at the expense of a Big Ten powerhouse.
Sampson James, a four-star running back from Avon, Indiana announced on Twitter Sunday that he was decommitting from Ohio State and committing to Indiana.

James’ announcement comes a day after the Hoosiers lost to the Buckeyes 49-26.
James had scholarship offers from a number of strong programs — Georgia, Florida State, Michigan, Notre Dame and Penn State to name a few — so securing his commitment is a big win for the Hoosiers.
Indiana has been led on the ground by freshman Stevie Scott this season, who is only a year ahead of James in school. The offense has looked solid under sophomore quarterback Peyton Ramsey.
