More Alabama conspiracy theories flew Saturday after the Crimson Tide seemed to get away with a big non-turnover.
Alabama, facing the Mississippi State Bulldogs, appeared to fumble the ball with a clear Mississippi State recovery, at least according to many fans.
This is NOT a fumble if your name is Alabama. Knee isn’t down, ball is out and no review. It’s getting obvious the fix is in. Annnnddddd…..Tyler Simmons was onsides! pic.twitter.com/8ZN6PomHG0

However, the game was not stopped for a review, and the runner was ruled down on the field, leading to a huge wave of criticism.
Alabama fumbles. Runner called down. No review. Somewhere James Carville fumes.

Of course the SEC replay crew refuses to take a closer look at an Alabama fumble that would have given Mississippi State the ball. Seems like they get prefferencial treatment left and right! Really getting tired of it.

So we just not reviewing close plays against Alabama? There was a fumble that wasn’t called a fumble and wasn’t reviewed that should’ve been State’s ball, and now the Bama TD.. #HailState

So we don’t get a review on the obvious Alabama fumble??

Welp. That was clearly a fumble, but it's Alabama…. so it's "not"

Wow. That sure looked like an Alabama fumble. #SEC

A week ago, an ESPN guest openly accused the SEC of engaging in a pro-Alabama conspiracy. A lot of people probably agree with him, and will point to instances like this as to why.
