Urban Meyer’s family is enjoying the trip to the Orange Bowl in South Florida.
On Thursday night, the day before Ohio State would play Clemson in the bowl game, Urban’s daughters attended the Miami Heat-Golden State Warriors game with their boyfriends, and they got to hang out with LeBron James. In the picture at top, you can see from left to right: Gigi Meyer (Urban’s younger daughter), Nicki Meyer (his older daughter), Gigi’s boyfriend Brian Pruett, LeBron, Nicki’s boyfriend Corey Dennis, and Urban’s son, Nate.
Gigi and Pruett even met Johnny Manziel, who also attended the game:

Apparently LeBron’s business manager Maverick Carter hooked the Meyers up with their tickets and great access:

Pruett is a baseball player at Florida Gulf Coast, where Gigi is a volleyball player. Dennis plays football for Georgia Tech, where Nicki was a volleyball player. The athleticism is a common theme within the family.
LeBron actually has a long-standing relationship with Urban Meyer that explains why he is so cool with the family. You may recall that back when LeBron was in high school, he received a football scholarship offer from Meyer, who was an assistant coach with Notre Dame at the time. LeBron, an Akron native, is also a huge Ohio State fan. The Buckeyes basketball team wears his shoes, and James even received an honorary locker inside their new facility. In September, LeBron spoke to Ohio State fans at a pep rally and was introduced by Meyer. It’s easy to see why there is such a good relationship between LeBron and the Meyer family.
