Not only was this Virginia’s first win over Virginia Tech since 2003, but it also gave the Hoos their first ACC Coastal Division title. They will now face Clemson in the ACC Championship Game.
Virginia will also be heading to its third straight bowl game under Bronco Mendenhall, who has done well to turn around the program.
