One of the many things Michael Strahan is expected to do on “LIVE with Kelly and Michael” is embarrass himself for the audience’s entertainment. He did a tremendous job of that on Tuesday’s edition of the show.
Strahan and co-host Kelly Ripa were joined by Kenya Moore of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Moore brought her fantastic booty with her that is the result of her Booty Boot Camp. Naturally, she put Kelly and Michael through her workout routine. It involved a lot of hip thrusting.
Staying in shape is nothing new for a guy who racked up 141.5 sacks in his 15-year NFL career, but I doubt Strahan has ever focused that much on toning his booty. However, he is 41 now. These types of exercises could come in handy at this stage of his life.
