New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan has to have some serious you-know-whats to stand in front of the New York media with the way his team has played over the past couple seasons. How does he prepare himself for something like that? I guess running with the bulls is a decent place to start.
As you can see from the photo above that NBC’s Ben Patton tweeted out (via Busted Coverage), Ryan was photographed with a few amigos taking part in an annual event in Pamplona, Spain that scares the s–t out of me like no other.
Why anyone would want to be chased by bulls who are trying to kill them is beyond me. Why Ryan would want to do it — well, that actually kind of makes sense. If Mark Sanchez was your starting quarterback heading into another season, you’d probably want to live life on the edge too.
Shockingly, only four people were injured during the tradition and none of them were brutally gored like this unfortunate soul. By all accounts, Rex made it out just fine.
