Members of sports world sending best wishes to Lil Wayne over Twitter

Terrell Owens and Kurt Warner were among the many athletes sending well wishes to Lil Wayne amid reports that the rapper was hospitalized and recovering from a seizure.

“I’m good everybody. Thx for the prayers and love” Wayne tweeted late Friday.

Lil Wayne, who has a history of seizures, reportedly was hospitalized in Los Angeles while there to shoot a music video. TMZ reported that he was in critical condition at the ICU at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after suffering multiple seizures, but his camp denied those reports, and label president Mack Maine tweeted “Wayne is alive and well! We watching the Syracuse game.”

Plenty of members of the sports world expressed concern for the rapper. Tweets of support came in from everyone ranging from Kurt Warner to Terrell Owens to Ryan Lochte:
