Vikings’ Aaron Jones carted to locker room with injury
The Minnesota Vikings struggled on offense for much of Sunday’s game, and got a big fourth quarter scare with an injury to running back Aaron Jones.
Jones was carted off during the fourth quarter of Sunday’s game at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Fl. The running back appeared to suffer the injury late in the third quarter, as he appeared to be in excruciating pain following a tackle.

Jones was ultimately able to return to the game, though he did miss a big chunk of the fourth quarter.
Jones has been one of Minnesota’s most effective players on Sunday, and had been all season. At the time of his exit, he had 13 carries for 71 yards. He came into the game with 565 rushing yards on the season. Losing him for any length of time would have been brutal.
