Akeem Ayers took a fair bit of enjoyment in seeing his former team blow a lead and lose to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday night.
Ayers was a second-round pick of the Tennessee Titans in 2011 and played three seasons for them before being traded to the Patriots last month. The Patriots have won three in a row since he joined them, and he even recorded a sack in his first two games with the team. The Titans, meanwhile, have lost three in a row.
After the Titans blew Monday’s game against Pittsburgh, Ayers had this to say:

In Other News The Grass Is In Fact Greener On The Other Side

Yes, yes it sure is. Instead of a 2-8 team he is now on an 8-2 team that is tops in the AFC. That grass sure is greener in New England.
