On Thursday, Redmond told reporters that Incognito is his favorite NFL lineman because the 32-year-old veteran acts like such a jerk on the field.

From a playing perspective, Redmond could certainly do worse for a role model. Say what you will about Incognito, but he has had a long and successful NFL career.
