Kansas City Chiefs tight end Anthony Fasano scored his second touchdown of the season in one of the more improbable ways you’ll see.
An Alex Smith pass intended for Dwayne Bowe was deflected behind the line of scrimmage by Jets linebacker Calvin Pace. As luck would have it, the ball fell into the hands of Fasano, who was on the ground. Fasano, then, lunged for the end zone.
When you’re 1-7 like the Jets are, these things happen. And when they do, the only way to react is to do just what Pace did.
