Antonio Brown issues apology to Ben Roethlisberger on Instagram
Antonio Brown must have woken up in a good mood on Wednesday, because the star wide receiver suddenly feels badly about all the nasty things he has said about Ben Roethlisberger.
Brown shared a photo of him and Roethlisberger together on Instagram and issued an apology to the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback. Brown wrote that he “never realized how good I had it” and “got caught up in my emotion with everyone coming after me.”
“Mostly you a little bit of me ! Yee yee !! I never realized how good I had it, got caught up in my emotion with everyone coming after me I really apologize for my actions sincerely man ! It’s never been another connection like what we done in the past decade. I appreciate you. Sincerely AB,” Brown wrote.
We don’t know where this is coming from, but history tells us it won’t last. Brown has unloaded on Roethlisberger multiple times since the receiver left Pittsburgh, most recently two months ago when he called Big Ben a “loser.” He has also called attention to the sexual assault allegations against Roethlisberger from years ago. Brown has also blasted Big Ben for getting special treatment among other things.
Anyone who has followed Brown for the past several months knows this is a pattern for him. He flies off the handle on social media, gets himself into trouble with the law, and then apologizes. Brown’s completely unpredictable behavior is one of the main reasons he is going to have trouble finding work in the NFL again.
