Antonio Brown said on Sunday that he is done playing in the NFL, and apparently he is planning to put his free time to good use now that he has blown opportunities with two different teams in the past month.
In his latest round of Instagram activity, Brown indicated on Monday morning that he has decided to enroll in classes at Central Michigan University, potentially to finish his degree. He tagged Central Michigan athletics in his Instagram story along with a photo of a sheet showing four classes and captioned it “back to school.”

Clayton Holloway of NFL Network later confirmed with Central Michigan that Brown has enrolled in an online degree completion program and his courses began last week.

Brown attended Central Michigan for three years from 2007-2009, and he decided to declare for the NFL Draft rather than returning for his senior season.
Even if Brown wanted to play football again this season, there is one theory that the NFL will prevent him from being able to do so. He probably knows that no team is going to sign him in 2019 now that he forced his way out of Oakland and was cut by the New England Patriots following more disturbing allegations, so trying to complete a degree isn’t a bad idea.
