Arian Foster spoke to media in British accent (Video)
Houston Texans running back Arian Foster was so bored with answering questions from the media on Thursday that he decided to bust out a British accent.
For seemingly no reason whatsoever, Foster felt the urge to use phrases like “cheerio” and “lovely day.” He also corrected a reporter who called him “mate,” which is more of an Australian term.
While I’m sure the British accent was distracting, at least Foster wasn’t answering every single question with the same phrase like he did over the summer. He has made it pretty clear in the past that he gets bored and annoyed with the media. I guess this was Foster’s latest way of dealing with that.
