Houston Texans running back Arian Foster was carted off the field with a non-contact leg injury in Sunday’s game against Miami.
Foster appeared to be clutching his knee or lower leg after going down and appeared to be in serious pain. He had to be carted off the field, and as non-contact injuries tend to be, things looked severe.
Houston confirmed the worst case scenario after the game.

Texans confirmed RB Arian Foster hurt his Achilles. Doctors believe it is torn. Horrible.

It’s bad news for Foster, who already has an extensive injury history and only just recently returned from a groin injury. He’s also suffered a head injury this season, but this blow is by far the worst.
