Fans in St. Louis are disappointed to see their football team leave for Los Angeles, while many of the Rams’ players are sad to leave the fans behind. But they are looking forward to a new start in a new city.
One such player is defensive end Chris Long, who shared some nice departing messages for the fans in St. Louis and some welcome message for the ones in Los Angeles.
Humbly, eternally gratefully: Thank you St. Louis. I'm sorry we fell short the past 8 years. You treated me like family anyways. I love yall

Los Angeles
You are getting a team that is hungry to win. See y'all soon.

Long had 19 tackles in 12 games this season, including three sacks. Given his price tag, injury problems and lack of performance lately, I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t even get a chance to show LA fans what he can do. The Rams might release him this offseason.
