CJ Anderson fires back at fan who mocked him for being a free agent
CJ Anderson has been watching football on the couch like the rest of us as he waits for a team to call and give him a shot, but the free agent running back is not about to let fans bash him for it.
Anderson was sharing some thoughts on Sunday’s NFL action on Twitter when a troll called him “fat boy” and said he must have a good view of the games from his couch. Anderson had a classic response for the fan.
Being paid to sit here my man. I believe that’s the difference between me on the couch and you. https://t.co/6tz9Ab8eUR

Anderson is just 28, so it would not be a surprise if he gets another shot before the end of the season. He was signed by the Los Angeles Rams in December last year and managed to play a big role, rushing for 299 yards and averaging a whopping 7.0 yards per carry in two regular season games. Anderson then racked up 123 yards and scored two touchdowns in a playoff win over the Dallas Cowboys, helping the Rams on their way to an NFC Championship.
Even if he’s not signed by another team, Anderson can say he got the best of a Twitter troll.
