Clay Matthews puts huge hit on Chris Williams (Video)
If you stopped watching Sunday night’s game between the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears after the first quarter, you didn’t miss much. That is, unless you enjoy watching Clay Matthews destroy opposing players.
Late in the first half, Matthews read a reverse perfectly and was in the backfield before Jay Cutler handed the ball to rookie wide receiver Chris Williams. Matthews popped Williams and didn’t even fall to the ground making the tackle.
The Bears went on to lose 55-14 on a night where Aaron Rodgers threw six touchdown passes in the first half. Chicago gave up 51 points against the New England Patriots two weeks ago before their bye. It’s safe to say the Bears are in some trouble.
