Report: Colin Kaepernick files collusion grievance against NFL
Colin Kaepernick is taking action against the NFL over his continued unemployment, according to a report.
Bleacher Report’s Mike Freeman said on Sunday that Kaepernick filed a grievance against the NFL owners accusing them of collusion.
I am told that @Kaepernick7 has filed a grievance under the CBA for collusion against the owners. If accurate, this is huge.

CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora seconded the report.

Kaepernick has remained a free agent even while quarterbacks like Brian Hoyer, Jay Cutler, Kevin Hogan and Scott Tolzien have started NFL games this season. Based on his talent, Kaepernick is good enough to play in the league. But teams have stayed away from him, and many point to his national anthem kneeling from a year ago as the reason.
