Colin Kaepernick’s mom has priceless response to Trump
Colin Kaepernick’s mother had the best response of all to Donald Trump.
At a rally in Alabama on Friday, the president said he wished an NFL owner would fire players protesting the anthem. He termed such protesters “son of a b—-.”
Here’s an article on the matter:
Trump referred to any NFL player who protests racism and police violence as a “son of a bitch’ who should be fired. https://t.co/5YbNxFKToZ

Kaepernick’s mother, Teresa, responded to the article on Twitter quite appropriately:
Guess that makes me a proud bitch!

Kaepernick is the first NFL player to kneel for the national anthem to raise awareness for social issues such as inequality and racial injustice. He became a free agent after playing for the 49ers last season and remains unsigned. He clearly has the support of his family.
The NFL meanwhile responded to Trump by preaching unity rather than divisiveness.
