Dan Campbell is a name popping up on a lot of lists of potential head coaches, but he won’t be in line for the Miami Dolphins’ job.
Campbell, currently a New Orleans Saints assistant, is not interested in the Miami job, according to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald.
Dan Campbell is highly respected. And apparently not interested in Miami, per source. https://t.co/dn6otyzzPT

Interestingly, Campbell knows Miami well. He served as the team’s interim coach in 2015 after the firing of Joe Philbin, where he went 5-7 and made a good early impression there.
Campbell has three other interviews lined up, so it’s not a matter of him not being interested in a head coaching job. He just doesn’t want Miami’s, which is interesting, as he likely knows a thing or two about the organization and its ownership. Of course, it’s entirely possible the Dolphins aren’t that interested in him, either.
